Praise is awaiting You - Psalm 65

Psalm 65 is the focus of Day 1.

David announces, "Praise is awaiting you, O God." I see Him sitting on His throne delighted to hear the praises of His child. As the psalmist wrote, God has made an atonement for my transgressions through the person of Jesus, His Son, and my flesh desires only to walk with Him.

"You crown the year with Your goodness and Your paths drip with abundance. They drop on the pastures of the wilderness, and the little hills rejoice on every side. The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered with grain; They shout for joy, they also sing." (Psalm 65:11-13 (NIV))

If all of creation acknowledges God in His provision and care, so much more shall I. I praise Him for His mighty works in my heart and for renewing mind daily. I praise Him for reminders of His power and majesty in creation.
